1. Eligibility for Returns
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Return Process

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

3. Refunds
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. 4. Exchanges
- Exchange Policy: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@digital-porto.com.
- Exchange Process: To exchange a product, follow the return process, and once your return is received, we will process the exchange.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- Reporting Damages: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
6. Sale Items
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.
7. Cancellations
